Delivery Information

We deliver to all mainland UK destinations under the following pricing structure.

Please note that delivery will take longer where a weekend or a bank holiday falls:
£24.99 and under: £2.99
£25.00 to £99.99: £4.99
£100 and over: £7.99

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland with the following items and pricing structure.

Flat rate - £9.99

We deliver to Europe with the following items and pricing structure.

Flat rate - £14.99

We deliver to the Rest of the World with the following items and pricing structure.

£50.00 and under -  £14.99
£50.00  to £99.99 -  £19.99 
£100.00 to £199.99 - £24.99
£200.00 and over - £29.99

Delivery of orders from stock will be sent out within 48 hours.

Delivery of orders that are out of stock will be sent out as soon as the item becomes available.

The availability and expected delivery date of a Special Order will be confirmed within 48 hours.

If you have requested a delivery date we will endeavour to meet that date.

All items require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that the delivery address must be the same as the corresponding address used on the method of payment.

Molly Browns cannot be accountable for delays in delivery or with customs clearance.

Prices shown on our website include UK vat at the prevailing rate.

For delivery outside of the U.K. the recipient will be liable for any local rates, taxes or import duties, which may be levied against the purchase.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you should email customerservices@mollybrowns.co.uk with your intention within 14 days after receiving the goods and return the goods forthwith to Molly Browns, 27 Stonegate, York. YO1 8AW.

You will need to return the goods with the original receipt to us in their original condition and complete with all labels.

If you haven't yet received your goods but are still in transit you will need to return them following the information already given.

Items such as hats, earrings and fascinators are not permitted to be returned for hygiene reasons.

Molly Browns is not liable for the cost of returning items. Please return your purchase with all documentation to: Molly Browns, 27 Stonegate, York, North Yorkshire. YO1 8AW.

The item returned is still your responsibility until received by Molly Browns.

We strongly recommend that you return the goods via a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt, insurance to the purchase value and is track-able online.

All special orders and orders made to the customers specification are non-returnable.

Upon a return fulfilling all the above requirements a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.

Items purchased from outside of Europe, in addition to all or any of the above, the cost of customs vat, duties and brokerage.

These payments are to be paid at the time of shipping as goods received by UK customs will not be released until such has been paid.

Customers are advised to take out insurance for orders being sent out on their behalf. Molly Browns will not be held responsable for any breakages / damages during transit.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
